Erosion process is controlled and affected by various forces of different nature. Erosion processes induced or affected by these forces can be classified into three cate- gories: erosion process induced by endogenic agent, by exogenic agent and associated with human activities. In this article, various dynamic mechanisms are systematically reviewed. This study concerns the behavior and practices of real estate agents in the housing search process. The research investigates whether the information provided and houses recommended by agents working for Portuguese firms differ from the recommendations of agents working for firms owned by non-Portuguese brokers in the cities of Toronto and Mississauga (a western suburb of Toronto), Canada. Data for the study were obtained from a participant observation study of a sample of real estate agents. Empirical evidence indicates that the ethnicity of real estate agents (Portuguese versus non-Portuguese) and the brokers for whom they work (Portuguese-owned firms versus non-Portuguese-owned firms) determine to a considerable extent the marketing strategies of agents and the neighborhoods they recommend.  相似文献   

Experimental study on low temperature performance of polymer drilling mud agents

Drilling fluid additives has a major impact on rheology behavior and other performances of the drilling fluid. The key to low temperature drilling fluids is choosing antifreeze and polymer agent which have a strong ability in resisting low temperature. On the basis of determining glycol as antifreeze agent, the low-temperature-performance and capacities of anti-collapse of regular validity mud agents have been studied, the mechanism of anti-caving of the partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHPA), polypropylene potassium (KPA) and PAC-141 polymer additives have been also analyzed. A pilot study of compatibility between ethylene glycol and the polymers has educed that the polymers, ethylene glycol and inorganic salt are compatible, and they can significantly reduce the freezing point of drilling fluid. Anti-collapse ability of the drilling mud is the results of synergistic action among the agents.  相似文献

次氯酸钠作为消毒剂已在很多行业得到了广泛应用,作为油田污水处理用杀菌剂进行工业性试验还属首次。介绍了电解盐水现场产生次氯酸钠直接用于油田污水杀菌处理的技术原理、特点以及在大港油田庄大污水处理站的应用效果。并对次氯酸钠杀菌的加入浓度,以及对注水设备的腐蚀性进行了研究试验,结果表明次氯酸钠杀菌有很好的连续性,虽然杀菌后的污水腐蚀速率略有增加,但使用是安全的。  相似文献
